Terms of Service
Last updated: 06 July 2026. This launch template should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Credvara, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Product scope
Credvara provides receivables workflow software for invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, customer risk views, AI-generated follow-up drafts, notifications, reports, and payment follow-up dossiers.
3. No legal, financial, or collection-agency advice
Credvara does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, credit bureau services, NBFC services, debt collection agency services, or legal notices. Users are responsible for reviewing all follow-ups and evidence packs before using them.
4. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of data uploaded to Credvara. Users must not upload unlawful data, misuse customer information, harass customers, impersonate others, violate applicable laws, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated follow-ups and summaries are drafts. Users must review, edit, and approve messages before sending them. Credvara does not guarantee that AI outputs are complete, accurate, suitable, legally sufficient, or appropriate for every customer relationship.
6. Billing and subscriptions
The current Credvara private-pilot checkout purchases a defined paid access period and does not automatically renew. Continuation or renewal requires a separate explicit agreement, checkout, or governed conversion. If recurring billing is introduced later, Credvara will disclose the price, renewal interval, automatic-renewal terms and cancellation method next to the consent action and will provide an online cancellation path.
7. Account access and security
Customers are responsible for maintaining account credentials, assigning team roles carefully, and ensuring that only authorized users access their workspace. Credvara may suspend access where abuse, security risk, non-payment, or policy violation is detected.
8. Data and intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of business data they upload. Credvara and its licensors retain ownership of the software, workflows, templates, UI, code, product design, analytics systems, and related intellectual property. Users must own or have sufficient rights to uploaded material. Credvara may restrict or remove material following a valid copyright notice and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers. See /copyright for the notice and counter-notice process.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credvara is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the product, email, or website. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are a practical launch draft for Credvara. They must be customized to your incorporated entity, jurisdiction, vendors, billing model, and customer contracts.
